BREAKING NEWS: Robert Muchamore's Cherub Series Could Be A Reality

Image
For those of you who don't know, Robert Muchamore is a British author who writes books predominantly for teens. One of his most famous series is Cherub, and I think it is pretty clear to see that I am a huge fan by the fact that I am writing this article.  It follows a young boy, James, whose world is flipped upside down when his mother dies and he is recruited to a top secret wing of the UK spy force, a wing made up entirely of children, because who would suspect children of being heavily trained spies. I will not reveal anything else though, as I don't want to give too much away to potential readers. I highly recommend it and it is perfect for anyone like me who believes that other child spy books such as the Alex Rider series is just missing something, some way to see yourself as the character and make it a believable reality. However, it is explicitly only for readers who are AT LEAST ten and mature, as drug investigations, swearing, etc. are common throughout the series. B

Rick Riordan's Next Series: Revealed (Crossover, New Character and More)

Image
I am a hardcore Rick Riordan fan, and have read all his books except the Carter Kane series, and posses every single book he has written other than that and the Percy Jacksons (although I do have all the linked side books such as Percy Jackson's Greek Gods). I was eager to complete my Trials of Apollo series, and the final book was top of my Christmas Wishlist by a mile. I have received the book, to my delight, and was reading when something on page 100 popped out to me. An offhand comment by Dionysus revealed something very interesting, something that only the most hardcore of Rick Riordan fans would notice. It said, and I quote: "I frowned at Dionysus. ‘You could always, oh, I don’t know, decide to help.' He scoffed. ‘You know as well as I do, Apollo, that quests like this are demigod business. As for advising, guiding, helping … that’s really more Chiron’s job. He should be back from his meeting … oh, tomorrow night, I would think, but that will be too late for you.’ I

Chelsea's Best VI, Bench and Top 5 Players who Need to Leave ASAP

It is no secret that Chelsea spent a huge amount of money in the transfer window just gone by, and despite the recent drop in form it seems to be paying off. I'm not going to be posting as often as usual during this festive season, but I will occasionally send out a nice short post to keep us all satisfied. As always, comment thoughts, requests, etc. in the comment section below. Without further ado, let's get into it. Predicting the Premier League Table in 5 Years Time

Image
The reason so many people watch the Premier League instead of other leagues is often because of the unpredictability the league is famed for, and the history of the league, combined with how modern everything has become, meaning teams like Leeds, Blackburn and Blackpool, who used to be some of England's First Division's giants, have had falls from fame and now have to settle for Premier League relegation battles at best. This makes my job exceptionally hard, but I will try my best by looking at the history of the league, strength of teams, momentum of teams, etc. For example: usually about two teams who were previously promoted from the championship go down, with one staying up and placing in the top 15 (think how it seems Leeds will stay up, while Fulham and West Brom will nearly certainly go down). This aforementioned pattern means you often get "boomerang teams", who keep on getting promoted, getting relegated, getting promoted, getting relegated. Examples are Fulh

Star Wars: Top 5 Bad Guys

Image
This is a weird list. It is focused around everything: cool-ness, bad-ness and a-lot-of-other-stuff-ness. There are a lot of Star Wars baddies, so please don't scream at your screen if you don't agree, or at least leave your arguments in the comment section below. Anyway, comment any opinions below and let's get into it. 5: Darth Maul One of the first Villains of the Star Wars franchise (if you go by the timeline), Darth Maul is a loathsome, menacing and powerful baddie. He is an evil, not-quite-human being who is one of the minority on this list who are not revealed to have died, living as an amnesiac on the planet Lotho Minor.  Perhaps the most inhumane and emotionless baddies in Star Wars, his power over the force and epic lightsaber make him my number one pick when I play Star Wars: Battlefront. It is a common argument between fans about how important he is, and I think it is clear to see what I think of him after his inclusion on this prestigious list. 4: Kylo Ren (Ben

Top 5 Tactics Muggles would Use to Win the Second Wizarding War (and how we would do it better)

Image
Hello again. Hope you're all well! This list is just showing how wizards are sometimes a bit conventional and not very resourceful, and how maybe, just maybe, throwing underarmed, underprepared bodies forward wasn't necessarily the best option. Let's go! 1: Nuke 'Em I mean seriously, no-one thought of this? Not even the Muggle-Borns? There were countless opportunities for Harry & Co to just drop a bomb and call it a day. For example; Harry could have bombed the death eaters when he saw them gathered in the clearing. Just phone a pilot and call it a day!  And I know you might say; "Oh Noah, surely the Death Eaters could just use Wingardium Leviosa to stop the bomb, but in the world of Harry Potter there's got  to be a spell to prevent that. Many other enchantment could be useful in magnifying, controlling and powering the bomb. 2: Bad Sportsmanship  So yes, you want to be a nice person, but when the world is in your hands just take a cheap shot. Harry should

Harry Potter Defense Against the Dark Arts Teachers: Ranked

Image
Welcome back! Sorry for the gap in posting, I had something going on. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this list! Just to be clear, this is ranked on importance to Harry's education, not the overall effect they had on his life. Hope you enjoy, and as always comment below if you have any thoughts, queries, etc. 7: Dolores Umbridge She is the most despised character in the entire Harry Potter series. The pink-clad, toad-faced hypocrite is one of the only two teachers on this list who had absolutely no positive effect on the downfall of Voldemort. She was responsible for making it really easy for Voldemort to penetrate the ministry.  In fact, I would go as far as to suggest that she became a Death Eater during the events of the sixth book. She was the daughter of a Muggle woman and wizard janitor, despite what she later said. Just an overall horrible character, a smart invention by JK Rowling, but a character that many a Harry Potter fan would relish the chance to use the Cruciatus curse on.

Top Five Epic YouTube Genres and Channels You May Not Have Heard Of

Image
YouTube is an eccentric and wonderful place. And it is becoming increasingly hard for new channels to rise up and gain subscribers because of how hard it is to get noticed. With channels such as Pewdiepie and T-Series having 100s of millions of subscribers, smaller channels often fall to the wayside, especially when they are in genres that appeal to people outside of those who are attracted to YouTube.  Today we will be looking at a few genres you may not have discovered that you may enjoy. I myself use YouTube, but I usually subscribe to channels I enjoy and don't really check anything else. Whenever I see something interesting, I check it out, and I think this is a nice way to watch what you enjoy in moderation and not get sucked in to endless strings of uninteresting videos. Without further ado, let's get into another epic list. Did I miss anything? Comment below. 5: Animated History Channels I am one of those people who doesn't go crazy over history, but enjoys a modera
