Survivor Season 37 - David vs Goliath: Top 5 Contestants Who NEED To Return

It is a generally-agreed-on fact that the 37th installment of Survivor brought along with it one of the best casts ever. While it brought along an interesting premise, Survivor's contestants ultimately decide how good a season actually is. In this season you could not move for brilliant players, and I think something similar to Survivor: Cambodia - Second Chance is bound to happen soon, so I'll look at this season's potential returnees. This list excludes Nick, who has already returned (although I'd be all for it if he came back a third time). So which players from this season should return? Let's find out!

1: Davie

When you are the linchpin in one of the most memorable and unthinkable blindsides in Survivor history, you deserve to return. It was a stroke of luck for the Survivor production team when Davie stepped in as a last-second replacement after a cast member pulled out, and he became one of the most memorable players in that season.
I really think that Davie could potentially win it all if he were to return, because looking at previous seasons in which players have returned it is usually the big personalities and the untrustworthy players who are sent home first, and the nicer players who didn't make the final tribal and don't really offend anyone who stay in for longer.

2: Christian
Along with Spencer Bledsoe, Rob Cesternino and of course Davie, Christian is one of the four-or-five players who I really want to see on Survivor again. Christian is the kind of person everyone likes to see on Survivor - intelligent, charismatic and extremely eccentric.
No matter how soon he goes he is always someone who is fun to watch and I have seen a lot of people online who seem to share my opinion. He was the important figure in one of my favorite ever immunity challenges, holding out for 5 and a half hours in an extreme test of endurance. I really hope he returns again, and with a lot of others calling for him to return too, I can see his return being a likely prospect.

3: Pat
One person who went out first has returned before: Francesca, and it ended in disaster. However, Pat's departure was under extremely unusual circumstances and I really want to know how he would fair further in. His return, especially in a season full of returnees, would throw in a hint of unknown. No-one knows how he'd fare if given the chance.
I really do want to see Pat again, and I think he could do well if given a chance. While he has spoken openly about not having enjoyed his Survivor experience (for obvious reasons), I cannot find a single interview where he ruled out a second chance at the game.

4: Alec
At first, like most people, I saw Alec and assumed that he was just another big dumb jock. Further on in the game, however, he displayed some real intellectual and emotional depth and I think he could come into the game again and do well.
I think that the season didn't really suit him, as being a threat seems to suit him and it helps him make people gravitate towards him. Usually returning players are the spectaculars of their seasons, and the spectaculars aren't generally physically threatening, just cunning.

5: Gabby
Many people such as myself want Christian back, but many of these people think Gabby was sort of carried along by Christian. But I think she could really do well on her own, much like Amanda, who many thought had only done well because she was taken under Todd's wing before she returned and formed one of the deadliest allegiances ever with Parvati.
While her move in attempting to betray Christian didn't work in her favor, it was probably a smart risk to take, as she wanted to be regarded as more than Christian's sidekick. It would suck if she returned in the same season as Christian, since she could again fall into his deceptively small shadow, but without him I think she would really be a force to be reckoned with, with her good social skills and intelligence.

So there we have it, my pick for who should return to Survivor from Season 37. Let me know if you would like to see more Survivor content and please remember to spread the word about this (in my humble opinion) spectacular and intriguing blog. Have a good day and I will see you all when next I post. Noah (◔◡◔)
